Standard

This course is designed for complete beginners or those who want to start learning French from scratch. We will cover the basics of French language, including but not limited to:

  • The French alphabet and numbers
  • Key verbs: être, avoir, s’appeler, parler, habiter
  • Greetings, introductions, and polite expressions
  • Talking about countries, nationalities, and professions
  • Subject pronouns (je, tu...) and stressed pronouns (moi, toi...)
  • Asking simple questions and forming negative sentences

The course material will be based on Inspire 1, units 1 & 2.


Pace: 24 hours or 20 hours for small groups (5-6 students)

With a regular group of 7 or more students, there will be 12 classes of 2 hours each, totaling 24 instructional hours. However, with a smaller group of 5 or 6 students, there will be 10 classes of 2 hours each, totalling 20 instructional hours, , resulting in the course ending earlier. Please note that a minimum of 5 students is required for the course to be offered.
