The Alliance Française of Calgary is delighted to present the fourth edition of its Fashion Show!
This year’s theme, Fashion on Screen, will feature a thought-provoking conference and a stunning runway show, giving
attendees the chance to explore the evolution of fashion and iconic style moments. You'll discover again some iconic looks of your
favourite movies or shows.
The looks will concentrate on the electric relationship between fashion and film, where costume becomes character, and style tells stories
that dialogue never could. The Alliance Française invites you to step into that magic, where the camera meets the catwalk, and every
look tells a story worth watching.
The event will conclude with a friendly cocktail reception, providing the perfect opportunity to mingle, exchange ideas, and celebrate fashion together in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Émilie Gagnon is the creator of MXMLST Collection, a sustainable fashion brand offering styling, upcycling, fashion creation and vintage clothing. Her work combines a passion for fashion with a strong focus on sustainability and ecology.
Anneke Forbes
Anneke Forbes is a Calgary-based designer specializing in custom women’s jackets and coats. Passionate about sewing since childhood, she trained in fashion design in Toronto and developed a signature love for overcoats, leather, and quality craftsmanship.
