Winner of the Choix Goncourt Prize, Anne Berest’s The Postcard is a vivid portrait of twentieth-century Parisian intellectual
and artistic life, an enthralling investigation into family secrets, and poignant tale of a Jewish family devastated by the Holocaust
and partly restored through the power of storytelling.
Please note that it is necessary to have read the book before the event. Members can borrow the book from our library or read it on
Culturetheque.
Unfortunately it is not available on Owl's Nest but you can find it on Archambault.
The minimum level required is B2, but this event is also open to Francophones.

Janvier 2003.
