Climbing Bouldering 

Have Fun Climbing Walls and Speak French! 

On Friday, April 26th at 6:00 p.m., join us at Border Climbing elevated (12686 48 St SE, Calgary AB) with Brianne and Clémence. The venue has changed as the initial location is exceptionally closed for the day. Instead of climbing Mont Blanc, we offer you the opportunity to ascend the bouldering walls of Calgary and speaking french with us. We're not offering a lesson, but a sports sharing moment. 

The activity is open to everyone (+16 yo). It will be conducted in French with Clemence and it will be 2 -hour long. 

Limited number of participants!

You need to fill out two waivers, the one from Alliance Française below and the form that you will find here: Facility Waiver - Bolder Climbing.

Release of Liability for Activity

This is a waiver and release of liability – you must read and fully understand this before signing. If you are under 18 you must attend with a parent or legal guardian and they must sign this document.

I, THE NAMED PARTICIPANT, hereby acknowledge that I voluntarily participate in the Climbing Bouldering activity organized by Alliance Française of Calgary. I acknowledge that this activity is a potentially hazardous activity that involves risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of serious personal injury or death, and I voluntarily assume those risks.

I represent and warrant that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating in this activity. I agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by the organizers of the activity, and understand that my failure to do so may result in my expulsion from the activity.

I voluntarily agree to accept and assume full responsibility and liability for any injuries, death, illness, or damage to myself or my property that may occur as a result of my participation in this activity. I understand that Alliance Française of Calgary assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by myself or my property during the activity. I understand that the risks associated with this activity may include those that arise from the negligence or other fault of Alliance Française of Calgary and its employees or agents. I acknowledge that my participation in this activity is voluntary and that no one is forcing me to participate despite the risks.

I have read this waiver and release of liability and understand its terms. I understand that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue or make a claim against Alliance Française of Calgary and its employees or agents in the event of any injury or loss. This Voluntary Waiver and Release of Liability shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
