This relaxing and energizing yoga session is offered entirely in French. It's a wonderful way to unwind, activate your body, and immerse
yourself in the language in a calm and supportive setting.
The class helps reduce stress and anxiety by gently stretching the muscles and calming the mind.
Open to everyone, the one-hour session requires no previous yoga experience or French fluency. Just bring your mat, towel, and water
bottle!

My journey with yoga began when I was thirteen, growing up in Eastern Québec. My mother asked if I wanted to join a yoga class weekly with her and I agreed. It immediately piqued my curiosity, the movement, the breath and the mind-body connection. Learn more about her story.
