Eager to master the art of crafting the perfect macaron? Take part in a macaron cooking class and uncover the secrets to creating these colorful and delicate treats.

The workshop will take place at our partner location, Ollia Macarons & Tea (810C 16th Ave SW).

During this 2 to 2.5-hour experience, you'll learn a bit about the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage, tips and tricks for achieving the perfect shell, flavor creation, and troubleshooting — all with the guidance of an experienced chef! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this class is the perfect opportunity to enhance your skills and impress your friends and family.

All materials will be provided. At the end of the class, take home more than 25 delicious macarons that you made yourself!
