Travel to Bordeaux

Are you ready to travel to France with Sophie, your very own guide from Alliance Française Calgary? To experience complete immersion in a beautiful city is one of the best ways to learn French, progress quickly, and discover a new culture.

The Alliance Francaise of Calgary is happy to announce that in 2023, we will organize a cultural and linguistic stay in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

Bordeaux is a City of art, culture and history, located in the heart of the largest wine region in France! Enjoy the ideal location of the city with the beaches on the Atlantic coast, the pine forests, the basins and the many picturesque villages. 

Enjoy a tailored program with amazing activities including but not limited to: 

• A guided tour of Bordeaux
• Several wine tastings
• Discovering Arcachon
• Discovering the Dune du Pilat
• Discovering la Cour Saint-Emilion

The Alliance Française of Calgary will take care of the accomodation in a beautiful hotel in the heart of Bordeaux (in a single or double bedroom), as well as the organization of visits.  Some meals will also be provided.
