The Alliance Francaise of Calgary is happy to announce that in 2023, we will organize a cultural and linguistic stay in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

Are you ready to travel to France with Sophie, your very own guide from Alliance Française Calgary! To experience complete immersion in a beautiful city is one of the best ways to learn French, progress quickly, and discover a new culture. Think of this trip as a premium conversation class which lasts one week in France! Let yourself be guided by Sophie and explore one of the most beautiful cities of France! 

Bordeaux is a City of art, culture and history, located in the heart of the largest wine region in France! Enjoy the ideal location of the city with the beaches on the Atlantic coast, the pine forests, the basins and the many picturesque villages.

The price includes:

• Accommodation: 7 nights in the heart of Bordeaux in a 3-star hotel with a French breakfast every morning (Ibis Bordeaux Centre Mériadeck ***) ($950 value)
• All group excursions, activities and guided tours by professional guides (see below) ($500 value)
• Transportation for guided tours ($50 value)
• 7-day Bordeaux travel pass ($20 value)
• Lunch for the day in la Cour St-Emilion ($70 value)
• The organization, the personal assistance and the enthusiasm of your own personal AFC guides: Sophie and Norcellia!

The price does not include:

• Your plane tickets (feel free to arrive before or after and explore France a little bit more!)
• Lunch and dinners
• Personal expenses
• Personal insurance

Terms and conditions:

• Register before February 15^th 2023
• Cancellation with a refund is possible until January 10^th with a 10% admin fee. No refund or credit will be issued after this date.
• The trip will be cancelled if there is less than 5 participants (a full refund will be issued).
