This class is for students who are complete beginners. In this class, we will cover basics, including but not limited to:

• Discover French alphabet and numbers;
• Learn to introduce yourself and someone else;
• Learn to greet people and use polite expressions;
• Talk about countries and traditions;
• Learn about the most common verbs in French; 
• Learn to ask questions;
• Express likes and dislikes.

This class is for false beginners. In this class, students will learn some basics in French, including but not limited to:

• Talk about one's family; 
• Talk about nationalities;
• Describe appearance and character;
• Learn about irregular verbs; 
• Learn about the structure il faut; 
• Describe one's home.

This class is for false beginners. In this class, students will learn some basics in French, including but not limited to:

• Talk about your daily routine;
• Tell time and date;
• Talk about one's hobbies and activities; 
• Use the reflexive verbs;
• Make an invitation;
• Talk about travelling.

Material used: Défi 1, units 5 & 6.

In this class, students will continue practicing the important basics of French, including but not limited to: 

• Ask and give directions;
• Talk about shopping;
• Learn about food; 
• Express quantities;
• Learn the futur proche and impératif tenses; 
• Discover the passé composé tense. 

Material used: Défi 1, units 7 & 8.

In this class, students will continue learning basics in French, including but not limited to: 

• Review the passé composé tense; 
• Describe objects;
• Use the relative pronouns; 
• Present artists and inventions; 
• Talk about health; 
• Give advices.

Material used: Défi 2, units 1 & 2.

In this class, students will continue learning and practicing French, including but not limited to: 

• Talk about food and eating habits; 
• Learn how to tell your opinions; 
• Review the impératif tense; 
• Talk about sports; 
• Make recommendations. 
• Learn about the futur simple and conditionnel tenses.

In this class, students will continue learning and practicing French, including but not limited to:

• Learn about présent continu and passé récent; 
• Talk about one's emotions;

• Give your opinion about a book or a film; 
• Learn about the imparfait tense; 
• Talk about travelling experiences;

Improve your speaking skills and expand your vocabulary through lively interactions. The themes of this Café-Presse class are based on contemporary events, presented though articles and videos from the French press. 

• Enrich your vocabulary exploring current news in French
• Develop your ability to speak
• Become more comfortable in conversations. 

In this class, students will develop their language skills, including but not limited to:

• Evoke one's memories; 
• Tell a story in the past with passé composé and imparfait; 
• Talk about one's emotions; 
• Review the futur simple tense; 
• Talk about one's projects.
