ADMINISTRATION VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES OF MAY
• Wednesday, May 19th and Thursday, May 20th from 9 – 5PM: Covering the reception. We need help answering phones and welcoming people at the Alliance while we are in training. Please contact Julie at info@afcalgary.ca if you can help for some, or all of the time.
• The History of the Alliance Française: We are compiling the history of
the AFC and are looking for people to work with a board member and other volunteers sorting and classing historical documents. Contact
culture@afcalgary.ca for more information and for scheduling possibilities.
• Reclassification of files: Working closely with the director, we are
looking for support reorganising electronic and paper data. Contact
director@afcalgary.ca
• Website analysis: We are renovating our website and wantfeedback on what works and what doesn’t on our current site. We need volunteers who can take the time to fill out a survey online. Contact culture@afcalgary.ca if
