Learning resources is free and open for public use.

SUBSCRIPTION

It is necessary to register as a member of the Alliance Française to be able to borrow items from the Media Library.

Membership is valid for one year.
Lost cards can be replaced for a fee of 5 dollars.

BORROWING

Membership card of the AFC allows you to borrow any materials for up to 4 weeks, and renew them for one more week. You may renew your materials by phone or email:

 
LATE RETURNS

Please return your borrowed materials to the Alliance Française. There is not outside return slot therefore materials must be returned within office hours.Please respect out other members and return your materials on time. FEES

The date your items are due is found on this checkout receipt. If you do not return what you have borrowed on the due date, you will be charged the following late fees per day until the materials are returned.

$1 per day for DVD's/CD-ROMS

$0.50 per day for books, magazines and CD's

When an item becomes more than 30 day overdue, borrowing privileges will be blocked until the item is returned and the late fees cleared.

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

Any damaged or lost items will be reimbursed by the borrower based on the renewal value of items.
