L'Alliance Française of Calgary invites children and parents to dive into fantastic stories, such as :

	Sindbad the Sailor went to sea seven times and his voyages were always dangerous. He met giant men, snakes and birds, and the Old Man of the Sea. He visited different countries and strange islands – and he told wonderful stories about his journeys.
Place's first book, a haunting fable set in the mid-1800s, begins as English explorer Archibald Leopold Ruthmore purchases what appears to be a giant's tooth, carved with intertwined markings that resemble a map. Recognizing the area as the legendary Land of the Giants, he sets out to find this lost world.
	The idea of this collection of tales came from a meeting with a place and people.Let the mythology Crie seduced you with the immense, ice-cold and desert lands around the Hudson Bay.
This imaging invites the children to discover the great and vast domains of the art: painting, sculpture, architecture, but also photography, cinema, theater, music and dance!
