Since its
creation in 1947, the Alliance Française of Calgary has contributed to the development of French language education
and cultural events in Calgary. The Alliance Française of Calgary :
• Employs 20 francophone teachers from all over the world who specialize in French as a Second Language (FSL).
• Provides more than 3,000 hours of French language education a year to more than 200 corporate clients
• Hosts more than 30 artistic and cultural events each year, including film screenings, concerts, café-croissants, and conferences.
• Offers a Media Library of 7000 CDs, DVDs, Books and magazines which are available to students and members of the community
OUR COMMITMENT
As a corporate client of the Alliance Française, you will benefit from expert advice in the creation and implementation of a
French language training program adapted to the needs of your company and its personnel. From level testing and placement,
to course design and evaluation of programs and participants progress, the office personnel and instructors at the
Alliance are available 60 hours per week to address your needs.
