 FRENCH CLASSES FOR CHILDREN

Learning an additional language, besides providing a head start for their future language learning, is proven to boost performance in other subjects.

All AFC youth classes (ages 7 to 17) are designed according to age, interests, skills and abilities, and are based on innovative French teaching methods that make learning enjoyable through games and active participation.

	SUMMER IMMERSION For kids aged 7 -12 Mon.- Fri. 10 - noon July: 5-9, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30 August: 9-13, 16-20, 23-27 per week: $140, $130/Early bird discount  $125/Early bird+2nd discount Contact the AFC for details.

	FRENCH DIPLOMAS 232 students passed the DELF exam this year, was your child one of them?  The DELF is valid for life and international proof of your child's level in French. The next sessions is in November 2010.  Contact the AFC for details.

The AFC is a member of Canadian Parents for French and maintains close partnerships with the Calgary Board of Education, the Calgary Catholic School District and Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers.

Children may have their level of French proficiency certified with the internationally recognized DELF Junior exam. The Diploma is valid for life and valuable proof of your child's language skills.
